Family Life Committee

We recognize that family relationships reflect the essence of our relationship with God. Members pray and plan activities and programs geared toward enhancing family life in all its stages. We share and discuss our concerns in meeting the needs of the parish's families and strive to provide programs and resources that support the many kinds of families in our parish. We usually meet the1st Tuesday of the month from 6:15 - 7:30 PM in Parish Office.

Marriage Enrichment Ministry

This ministry seeks to strengthen the Christian marriages within our parish by upholding what God has joined that no one can divide. It has three parts. One, small groups of married couples that come together once a month in homes or the school cafeteria for dinner, fellowship, and sharing in Christ about the joys and struggles of marriage. Two, we have our annual Supper and Substance which includes socializing, a great low. Three, we have a married couples retreat each year to help strengthen and build our marriages in Christ. We meet as needed.

Beginning Experience

This ministry designed to help anyone who has experience a loss to make a new beginning in life. It is a peer ministry that provides an atmosphere of support and acceptance where those persons can come together to reevaluate themselves and their lives, and move on to the future with renewed hope. We meet once a month as a support group with a psychologist, who is a member of our parish, who leads us in sharing experiences, strength, and hope. We welcome anyone who has lost a loved one, is separated, divorced or widowed. We usually meet on the second Tuesday of each month from 6:30 - 8 PM in the Parish Office. There is also a weekend experience provided by the diocese for anyone who is divorced, separated or widowed.
